About

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy addresses your activities of daily living or ADLs. My focus is on helping people adapt and modify their selfcare tasks and daily activities, make lifestyle changes, navigate the care continuum, and get needed support during your role change/life change/recovery and healing process. I also utilize unique tools and strategies I developed while recovering from my own concussion in 2020 and offer services and classes that I found were difficult to find or access with an injury but, I felt were needed during the recovery process. I offer a concussion group and monthly workshops for the community with bi-weekly and monthly events adapted especially for concussions. -Art Concussion Group Attendee

“Really enjoyed this! And recommend it! You can draw or create whatever you like, you don't have to share, just creating quietly with others who have PCS and consider it normal when you need to take breaks, cover your eyes, do some breathing :) (As I did!)”
